PS Foam Plastic Recycle Machine
The PS Foam Recycle Machine is the crucial final step in the PS foam production process. Not only is it essential, but it embodies efficiency and sustainability. Waste products are first directed to the crusher, then to the primary screw, followed by the secondary screw. They are subsequently cooled by both air and water before being cut. Any substandard materials are discarded, while the majority are stored for the next phase. Ultimately, these stored materials are fed into the extruder machine, paving the way for the next production cycle.
