The equipment we manufacture are: High proportion additive PP twin-screw sheet extruder; Tandem foam sheet extruder; Single-screw foam extruder; Plastic recycle machine. PP twin-screw sheet extruder can do direct extrusion with pellet, its additive proportion can be 50% and maximum output can be 1000kg/h. It also can do multi-layer co-extrusion. Tandem foam sheet extruder is mainly for foam PS sheet and board. After many years' improvements and optimization, foam PS extruder has big range of foaming ratio, stable technical process and superior sheet quality. Single-screw foam extruder is for PE foam sheet, tube and board. It is with simplified structure and easy operation.
Holin is always in the lead position of thermoforming field. Its two-station thermoformer and trim press has 6-7 servo motors, which can save various kinds of parameters, and have high degree automation. Its max. Forming speed can be 40 cycles/min, trim speed 160 cycles/min. It is suitable for foam PS material and other rigid sheet.

For our High Foam PS Sheet Extruder, it's with precise designed screw and extrusion elements. The special designed rear parts guarantee no leakage from the second extruder. Cooling water is controlled by computer, which ensures better cooling effect. It's also equipped with distinctive die and air ring to guarantee the even thickness and quality of the sheet. All technical parameters can be memorized.
For our High Speed Automatic Thermoforming and Trim System, we got large forming and trimming area, for high production efficiency, max. Forming speed can be within 2 second per cycle. With high clamping force 60 Tons, it makes high quality products and good strength. The whole unit adopts high precision servo systems, human-computer interface and PLC control, to gain automatic management. In-line crusher is placed under trim system, to crush the material and transport to the recycle machine. This machine applies to different materials of sheet: EPS/PVC/PP/BOPS/HIPS/PLA/PET, etc.
For our Plastic Recycle Machine, it's with big silo and cyclone separator device. And it's equipped with wide inlet grinder, blower, the max. Transport distance is 50 meters. There're two types: Water-ring die-cutting type, and straight cutting type. With reducing screw, the output is much bigger, maximum to 450kg/h.
For our Moulds, we make automatic thermoforming moulds, cutting moulds, and moulds for hydraulic thermoforming machines as well as moulds for other machines, etc.
